I am a one man operation (no overhead, you will be speaking to the person who will do the work). I am capable of performing any and all kinds of repair, replacement, installation or remodeling of anything in your home. I do carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile etc. Basically, if it is part of a house I have installed, repaired or updated it many times. I promise you will be satisfied with the quality of my work.
I can work on a “Time and Material” basis. I charge $65 per hour and can purchase and bring the materials required with me (I am on the clock when I reach the store; you reimburse me when I deliver the materials or the work is complete). If you prefer, you can have the materials on site if that’s possible for you.
Or I can give you a flat fee cost for the labor for any project, just E-mail or call me with a description of the project.
The prices below are for labor only and are based on doing only that 1 thing. If you have multiple projects to do at the same time, my hourly rate will be more economical.
